My eyelids get very oily... what can I do?!

Question: Mine sometimes are oily, too. Not sure if its hormones or weather related, but in any event, if you are having trouble wearing makeup I use Clinique's Touch Base for eyes before applying makeup. It is sort of creamy in texture but it dries right away and seems to absorb oil during the day. It really helps set your makeup. If you don't wear make up, you may want to try it anyway - it comes in "skin- toned" shades without shimmer and you can simply match your skin color.

wash them

splash water on your eyes frequently to wash them. Also, if you use a lot of beauty products, cut down on them.

Don't ever use lotion of any sort on them. After you wash your face use lotion on other parts but not your eyes....and don't put foundation on your eyelids.

After you put your make up on...then use a good powder over the eyes.

My eyelids do this to and it makes my mascara smear....I have to use waterproof mascara.
