You may be stressed. If it continues for more than 5min. call someone but i had an eye twitch and it went away after a while.
Unless it goes on for around an hour or more; you really don't need to be worried about it. This happens to my eye quite a lot, and it's a really weird feeling and I don't know what causes it - but I've had it enough times to know it's not harmful. :)
Happens often enough to me that I don't worry about it.
Will someone please help me with this Ginger person that answered this question. He's trolling the Answers Group and needs to be reported. I did report him, but someone else needs to back me up.
