right handed or left handed?.... if right handed ...place the cotact on your pointer finger of your right hand... making sure the edges of the contact lens are all up then reach over your head with your left hand and pull up on the upper lid margin (where the lashes come out).. make sure the lashes are being held by your fingers... and pull up... now take ur right ring finger and pull down on he lower lid margin, once the eye is open fully... with the right pointer finger place the contact on your eye... before you close your eye... look up down left and right to make sure it is suctioned on good.. then close gently. If you are left handed.. just switch hands... even if you are not.. you may find it easier to use different hand for each eye...another tip.. watch what you are doing with the other eye.. keep both eyes open, and hold your head straight up and down... the stickin to your finger part could be: the contact lens in too dry or too wet...This is how i teach my patients to put them on... hope this helps you... you may also find more tips at acuvue.com click on Lens Wear Tips, then click on Applying and Removing Lenses.

clean it every time... make sure the contact isn't inside out... If it is the edges of it will make it look like a saucer.

Another reason contacts flip out of your eye is a bubble beneath it and you blink and it gets pushed out.

Try putting your contact on your eye and then move your eye around before you shut it or blink.

use your index finger and your thumb to hold open your eye lids, then put the contact right on your "color" part of your eye. if it gets dirty- remember to wash it with contact lens solution, or you can get an infection! (and it may be inside out, it should be sitting upright on your finger like a tiny bowl, if its falling over to one side, its inside out! )

1 keepyour headup and straight ahead 2place the lens on the tip of your indexfinger. pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger.use the middle finger of your other hand to lift the upper lid. 3 place the lens on your eye.gently release the lids and blink.the lens will center itself

ughh
happens to me ALL the time
what you want to make sure is that its not inside out. so when its normal its like a perfect cup but when its inside out its kind of like a squiggly cup.
also, make sure the contact lens is wet/moist and the "cup" should be filled with solution
and your finger needs to be COMPLETELY dry or else the contact will stick to the wet surface of your finger.
and when putting them in, make sure the lens in on your index finger and use your middle finger to pull down the bottom lid and the index finger of the other hand topull up the top lid.
finally, RELAX! youre most likely to get it in when youre not like freaking out about how it wont go in, lol trust me i know from experience.
hope this helps, good luck

It's like that the first few times because you're not used to it.
Try to use the middle finger of both your hands to pull down/up your eyelids and use the first finger to put it in. Usually I would try to put the contacts in by putting it in downwards near the bottom part of your eyelid and then slowly slide it up a little, or you can just close your eyes/blink a few times and look down while doing that, it will be fine. If it feels a bit uncomfortable you probably have it inside out :]
? try and drip out the solution (squeeze lightly) that is on the contacts before you put it in
this is what i do and it works :)
