Yes you can change your eye colour permanently! There is surgery available in Panama, cant remember the site, newcolourisris.com I think done by Dr khan...google it
You can't. You also can't change them with surgery. You can temorarily change them with contacts, but that's it.
How bizarre I only had the same conversation with a friend of mine a few days ago, i have sort of aqua coloured eyes but have always wanted brown or sand coloured eyes..Unfortunately nothing can change them permanently, not in this day and age anyways, but what if you could and change the colour and you didn't like it?!! Then what? Why not just purchase some coloured contact lenses, you can have a choice of loads of different colours. Over here you can but month to month contacts, disposable ones...
