What do you need to clean your hands when you need to remove contact lenses?!

Soap and water is just fine. Make sure you rinse well, turn the faucet off with the paper towel after you dry your hands.
i guess so, i just used soap. but made sure i dried* them properly.
I just wash my hands with soap and warm water before I remove and put my contacts in. I wash them for about one minute. I always make sure that I rinse off all of the soap and dry my hands on a clean towel.
yep soap is fine.i use it too!!
It's always good to wash your hands before handling contact lenses. Just be careful to avoid soaps with lotion in them because the lotion can transfer to the contacts.
