Unfortunately, the computer/TV is probably not the cause of poor vision, so not looking at the screens probably won't help.

Usually it's caused when you're body is growing, sometimes the eyeball grows a little too long (front to back) and causes nearsightedness; or is a little too short causing farsightedness. These conditions have been known since ancient times (way before computers, TV's etc), so using these is probably not the cause. In fact, years ago, before computers and TV's were invented, they used to blame nearsightedness on reading in school, as the condition usually first showed up around the age where kids start school.

At some point in the future, you're probably going to have to get glasses or contacts.

Not unless your issues are entirely due to eyestrain, which is VERY unlikely.
While I believe that continuous focus on a video game or computer game can cause eyestrain, it does NOT cause near-sightedness. Near-sightedness is just something you have, and it does tend to show up when you're a teenager.

Get an eye exam. The eye doctor can tell your parents that the problem isn't because of your gaming, honest. Don't keep it a secret, because the headaches only get worse, and they'll start affecting non-gaming stuff too.
