When things get in your eyes where does it go if you dont get it out?!
Question: It comes out....there's no place for it to go...and no, it does NOT go to the back of your eye! If something is stuck, relax (that's the hard part, I know!) and keep your eye closed for a while, if possible. That's what tears are for...tears will flush out your eye.
EDIT- even if you can't cry right then and there, tears will eventually come.....even if they have to wait until you're asleep to do their job.

it will come out. your tears will wash it out or while you're sleeping it will move to the corner of your eye and you'll remove it in the morning
Well, if you got shampoo in them it says on the back of the bottle! lol
