What can I do to relieve headaches/general pain?!
Question: I have horrible vision, so I wear glasses that are about 5 mm thick, even with the lightest, thinnest glass, plastic and metal. Almost every day after school, I come home with headaches and sometimes ear soreness or neck pain. Is there something I can do to help relieve this?

try taking some Tylenol...and go to your optometrist and let them know whats going on. maybe its the wrong prescription.
