One of My best friends has some realy & i mean realy red eyes you almost think he's using a sharingan or something but before Naruto came we used to call him Wolf but now he's an Uchiha!!!

No-one has red eyes naturally. Albinos have no pigmentation in their eyes or irises (the coloured part of your eye). They do not have red iris, it just looks red because inside the eye is red/orange coloured and the light reflects off the back of the eye making the translucent iris appear red.
Transylvania? (just joking). That seems like a characteristic that might not be so popular in a human being or even in an animal.
