Same thing happens to me cuz i wear contacts and glasses. The thing is you need to give your eyes a rest. Try not to be online for a long period of time. Also make sure you have good lighting in your room. And don't wear your contacts so often, till very late. If you have glasses wear them once a week or so. It helps relax your eyes. But don't worry its normal, BUT if it does continue, you might wanna see your eye doctor.

it could be stress, are u going on the comp alot lately, coz it could also be that ur eyes are tired from seeing a comp screen alot.

It could be the start of a migrane. You're not the only with the headache I got a shooting pain in my head it comes and goes every 20 seconds.

Headaches can also (besides the things already mentioned) be caused by bad vision. If you're eyesight has worsened and you can't see as clearly as normal, that's probably what it is.

I thinks you need to go check out your eyes exam cuz you might change it contacts or might got mirigarte. Like a light headache alots and hurt your eyes hit up very badly. I know what you mean..I do the same plm with your maybe see what's happen They will let you know what's wrong or how often do you have a headache. Just tell them about what they need to know about you. If happen again used no light on and lay down in the dark,it will help you calm and less headache..Me,Very much work for me....Also hot tea with you and relax.

that happens to me alot. its either a sign of me getting sick or I just drink something hot. trust me it, helps. try some warm tea/coffee or hot chocolate. hope you feel better :)
