Well since you posed this question in Optical I would say I'd buy out Vision Service P 'insurance and allow out of network providers participate so that there is no more restriction of free trade and out of network patients can get the best selection of eyewear possible

the first thing I would do is hire a 21 yr old blonde blue-eyed personal trainer. Then he and I would travel the world together. Maybe settle down for a few months in each place we visited and you know, keep our daily training schedule.

I would book an appointment with a noted local OD that specializes in "off the rule eyes" and get Synergeyes contact lenses--4 pairs!
Then with my great and crisp new vision, I would go buy a sexy metallic hued sports car...!
Lastly I would make a large donation to Project Angelfood an organization that brings meals to people who are elderly, ill, with limited incomes, and who cannot drive or get out of the house.
