I work for a doctor who does this type of surgery. I've seen wonderful results with all of his patients. If you do decide to have it done, make sure to thoroughly research your choice of surgeon. Make sure he/she is a board certified plastic surgeon and not some doctor who decided to take a weekend course on how to do plastics.
