Puffiness from resting, sleeping goes away by midday, so there you go!

The pupil, black part of the iris, dilates to allow more light in so you can see better in the dark.

more bigger?

I hope that by saying "my eyes" you mean your pupils (the black part of the eye). Your pupils adjust automatically to the amount of light they need to let in. On a sunny day they will be small to restrict the amount of light, and at night they enlarge to increase the amount of light that is needed.

cause light causes you to squint

Do you mean the pupils are larger, or another part of the eye appears larger? Because the pupil (the black part) will dilate (enlarge) to allow more light in when you are in darker environments. Not sure about other parts of the eyes............

haha, funny you said that. the same thing happens to me. i usually am not a morning person, never have been. i enjoy the evening because that is the time where i feel most awake.
