I cannot seem to be able to focus on just ONE object.?!

Question: I have a very serious and a genuine problem and
it is making my life a living hell...

I am a 16 year old boy living in a very clean
city in a very hygienic household.

My eyes cannot seem to focus on an object, always
focusing something near the object I am trying to
focus along with it.

For example, I would sit on the back of the classroom and when my teacher writes things down on the white board in front for us to take notes, even though my eyes are pointing straight ahead I keep seeing students faces who are sitting next to me. I know I am looking at them and I know that they feel being looked at by me despite the fact that I am only trying to focus on the words written on the white board.

Girls think I am checking them out and guys think
I have a problem with them or something...
or worse still, guys think I am sexually attracted
to them.

I don't wear contacts or glasses.

When I look in the mirror my eyes are correctly aligned
so I don't think it's strabismus(crossed eye).

There are many reasons. One thing is that the cilliary muscles which are responsible for the movement of the eye ball and the lens is disrupted.I think this might be the reason as you said that you had placed ice cubes over your eyes.you shouldn't have tried it.
The next one is that your mind is simply distracted.Any way you must consult an ophthalmologist.

you need to go to good eye doctor
