My left eye is constatantly making jerking movement?!

Question: i have this wierd thing going on with my left eye as im typing my left eye is making these jerking movement its been going on for a while now it stops and after while it continues again i dont no what is this? how can i stop this?

This is nothing serious...it's just your body telling you that you do not have enough potassium in you at the moment. Great potassium foods are bananas, melons...usually alot of fruits and vegetables.
