Yes please do. You may need glasses and therefore, you are straining your eyes which can lead to worse eyesight and headches. So do go and get an eye test. Specs savers is good, cheap and reasonable I find xx

Yes. This could be dangerous. You need to get some glasses. straining your eyes is bad for you.
you might as well, it only takes a few minutes and there's no harm in going for a check-up. it's just like going to the doctor's but much more relaxed.
Get an eye exam. Matter of fact you should get one every year.
