The power is the prescription of the lenses you need.
It sounds like you know nothing about contacts and have never worn them.
You won't be able to buy them if you don't have a prescription. You have to have an eye exam and be fitted with lenses of the right size for you to begin with. Then you can re-order later from on-line places because then you will have all the measurements on the boxes.
Contact lenses are not toys !
Unless you are buying a lot at the same time, on-line contact lens places are often more expensive than getting them from an optical store because of the shipping costs.
