Anyone else ever experience this?!

Question: Frequenty, I get hit with a bright light, reflection off stainless or glass. When this happens, my pupils will pinpoint and lock that way for sometimes 30 - 45 minutes. During this time central vision is difficult and when the pupils finally start reacting to light again, I will have a huge headache.
You can see the pupil as small as it gets and it doesn't change when going into a dark room but it is more comfortable then to be in a dark room than in the bright light of day. Anyone else experience anything similar?

I'd be concerned about how long the normal reaction to very bright light is lasting. Your pupils should be returning to normal size much sooner than a half hour.

Time to see an eye doctor.
