Question: hi, im 14, dont wear glasses and i can see/ red from afar.

recently my eyes have been stinging and have been watering. not crying, but if i was to wipe my eyes id get a watery substance on my hand. my eyes are also really red and blood-shot.

If they itch, and are red and tearing, it's probably allergic conjunctivitis. Other possibilities are blepharo-conjunctivitis (crusty eyelids, discharge in the eyes in the morning, and buildup of bacteria on the lid margins). Other types of conjunctivitis (infectious-bacterial or viral) are usually more acute, more severe, and gone in a week or two. Severe dry eyes ( dry eyes CAN still have reflex tearing- intermittent and associated with a dry gritty sensation) could also cause some of the symptoms you describe, but that would be very unusual in a 14 y.o.

Sounds like it could be (pink eye). Then it would be highly contaigous. Or maybe you wear contac's and that one is irritating your eye.
Make sure you always WASH your hands before touching your eye and after you touch it.
