Ya that can happen for your contacts to feel dry sometimes when you have been concentrating on something too long , like school work, or a computer screen.

If you are using artificial tears or just refreshing drops made for use with contacts, then there is no problem to use them as much as needed.

I'm not sure what you mean by " lens cap bottle"...but I guess you mean your contact lens case...always make sure there is enough to completely cover the lenses.

And you MUST throw it out every morning, it will only disinfect your lenses once.

You should be cleaning your lenses every night before storing them in the case, by gently rubbing them with a few drops of your cleaning solution in the palm of your hand, for a good 15 seconds, then rinse with your solution again, and store in your case with new solution.

If you keep your lenses very clean and sterile, you should have a good experience with them

And most important...don't overwear them. Give your eyes a break from them often. Try to take them off at least an hour before going to sleep every night.
