Farnsworth D-15 Did she do it right ?!
Question: I when in to test my eyes, i am looking to be a cop soon.
She took the plates and i was very stong at them, but i have to admit i missed about 4/10
Then she put the Farnsworth D-15 table on my knee and told me to do it, It took me about 2 minutes i did very bad
Then she told me to try again,
and this time it took me 4 minutes but i had it perfecly done not even one misteak.
I am Color Deficient. But how Serieus, and
I completed the test around 4 minutes but perfectly.
How big are my chances of being a police officer.

The Farnsworth D-15 is a series of little discs with colors on them. You put the closest one to the color of the one next to it till you get all of them in a row, then turn the things over and look at the numbers. If they are in order, that's 'normal' or good.
The Munsell (?sp)100 uses four separate boxes of the same thing, little discs. The Saturated ones have really BRIGHT colors, or are SATURATED. The next box has the same colors, but they aren't as bright. The third is even less saturated, and the fourth, tough, fairly desaturated.
The D in the D-15 is for desaturated. If you were able to get them right, you should have no problems as far as color blindness, or deficiency in becoming a police officer.
