Question about contacts?!

Question: I stopped wearing my contacts about a year ago after wearing them for about 3 years and just stuck with my glasses, but I recently decided I wanted to wear them again and got a few boxes. However, when I wear them sometimes I get headaches, this happened before when I was new to wearing them and it went away after about the first week and I know it is not uncommon but I was just wondering if this was a problem or if I just need to get used to them again.

Also, I am up on all my doctor visits and have the correct prescription and these contacts are the ones he recommended

After not having worn contacts for that long, I hope you started off slowly again.

Wearing just 4 hours or so the first day, then increasing wearing time by just a couple of hours a day after that.

If you are already past the first week and your headaches continue, then the correction maybe isn't correct afterall. That is a symptom of them being too strong.

If the problem continues, consult your Dr. again...errors happen.
