Small pink red dot in eye?!

Question: I know it's not red eye but since I'm a daily eye contacts wearer, if I wear contacts while there is the pink dot, would it leave a scar? Should I not wear contacts until it heals/goes away? Or is it okay to wear contacts while the pink dot is there?

If you notice any unusual redness (or pinkness) it's best to discontinue contact lens wear. If the mark doesn't go away, goes away and comes back or gets worse you should see your doctor before continuing, just to make sure it's not an infection or other condition that needs to be treated.
