Just take them to your opticians they should have a box to put them in.

I work for Vision Express and all our branches will take them from you and send them to 3rd world countries, via the charity Vision Aid Overseas (VAO). They'll be cleaned up, straightened up, repaired (if necessary) and measured so they can be given to someone who will be very grateful for them.
