First of all, im 13 as well.
But you should know the risks of getting
laser surgery...i, personally would
just stick to glasses and contacts.
Surgery is expensive, and who knows?
There might be some setbacks once you
get it, and your vision might change,
and bam another sack of money your parents
have to dish out. But if its what u REALLY REALLY
WANT & NEED...then get it, otherwise i suggest

Not at all. You can only get it after your eyes stop growing and changing which is usually 21. Most doctors do it at 18 though. I have a friend that had it at 18 and now at 25 her eyes are getting worse again. Another friend works at an eye doctor and she says they won't do it until you are 21 because of that reason.
