Lately i have been having a lot of problems with my eyes, so what should i do?!

Question: about 2 weeks ago my left eye was inflated like underneath so i rubbed a soaked towel of hot tea on it. later it went away. about a week- 5days ago i got pink eye in my right eye and that went away the next day after i had put a medication on it. today i fell asleep by accident with my contacts in and woke up with my left eye red with veins very visible, but im not sure if it may be pink eye. im not sure if the reason why im having all these eye problems is b/c everyone else is getting or is it b/c of my contacts or maybe bc i dont remove my makeup. what should i do besides going to the eye doc.? any good home remedies?

If its pink eye I would toss ur contacts out and dont wear them til your condition clears, they could be contaminated so could your make up. Just try and be as clean as possible, change your face towel every day if you use one. I wouldnt wear any eye make up at all. Wash your hands very often, esp if you touch your eyes. Pink eye is very contagious so it could have started in you right eye and could have very easily spread to your left eye. Oh yea and soaking a hot towel on it can make it worse, the bacteria grows faster in warm conditions. Take the meds you got as directed and....sorry to say it but.... go to the doc.

Make sure you are changing your contacts on time. Do not keep them in too long. They could be causing this if you are not taking them out on time.
Your eyes are very precious, take better care of them.
