Has anyone else had a red spot magically appear in one of their eyes?!
Question: It is a red spot in the lower right corner of my right eye, and it is the approximate diameter of a #2 pencil lead. I practically live the life of a librarian, so I haven't been punched or anything. I just woke up one morning and there it was.

Its just a ruptured blood vessel and will go away within a couple of weeks. It can be caused by a forceful cough, sneeze, crying or vomiting.

No, i always get blood shot eyes for one reason or another usually because of getting lotion, make up, or not getting adequate sleep and bam it appears... or just from rubbing my eyes too much and I break a vessel.
Have your blood persure checked. That can happen fron high blood persure.
I think that's something unhealthy, you better call your doctor.
See a doctor about this. It may be a broken blood vessel.
