Whats better for the eye, contacts or glasses?!
Question: ok soon i am getting contacts but i am not sure with what i am better off; glasses or contacts..i mean what happens to the eye, is it healthier...is it dangerous? and how long does it take to get acustome to them?

I love my contacts! But you have to be careful, because if you sleep with them in, then you can scratch your corneas. It hasn't ever happened to me or anything, I think they are fairly easy to maintain. :)
I think glasses are better for your eyes because it decreases the chances of you getting an eye infection. I changed to contacts last year and liked them a lot better then glasses. my vision seemed to be a little bit clearer with contacts. Also if you get contacts it is a lot better to get the one day disposable ones because they decrease your chances of getting an eye infection, there a little bit more expensive but totally worth it! =]
Both take a couple of days to get use to.besides women in glasses can be sexy.lol
Glasses are better in my opinion. Contacts are very annoying especially when you drop them! I can never seem to find them when I drop them!
Contact lenses alter the shape of your corneas. It's not "bad" for you...but in my opinion, it's not natural either. Glasses do not alter the shape of your corneas, or have any negative consequences.
glasses are better because you can take them off when youre doing close work. if you're wearing contacts for close work then you're straining your eyes and your prescription goes up, you go more blind and unhappy.
