Do contacts cause any irritaion?!
Question: I'm 13, and I've had glasses since I was 3 years old. I have very bad astigmatism. I've been changing up my look with new hair, clothes...but the glasses...the glasses gotta go. I want contacts. But I'm worried about having them. Is there any irritation? Do they move out of place? Do they make your eyes itchy? Are they hard to take care of? Please only answer if you wear/wore contacts =) thanks.

I have been wearing contacts for almost 20 years. Most of the time I don't feel them at all, but some people's eyes are more sensitive than others. If you rub your eyes hard there is the chance that they can move out of place. The only time they make my eyes itchy is if it is very windy and they get dry or I have been wearing them too long (>16 hours). Compared to when I first started, the disposables are very easy to care for. A minute in the morning and a minute at night and I don't have to worry about my daughter smudging my glasses, them falling off, etc.
