Question: Not sure what you mean exactly.
It would be fine to use Aosept as a disinfectant (in the included case with the disc at the bottom) and then rinse the lenses in Renu.
Hopefully, you're not thinking of disinfecting with Renu and rinsing with the Aosept. Remember the red tip on the Aosept bottle is there to remind you not to put it in your eye or on your contacts without being rinsed off.
If you enzyme your lenses, you would still need regular saline, though.

Never mix 2 different brands together.
Never use 2 different brands on the same contacts.
What the first answerer said is right. If you rinse with this stuff, it REALLY hurts and could damage your eye. You should be able to, in the morning, just use the cleansed stuff in the contact case, as the disk has cleaned it out.
