Eye condition : vitreous degeneration?!
Question: docs say there is no cure, and leads to eventual
retina detachment. More than 20 percent of adults
will eventually get this.
any things we can do for this, besides take
vits. a, c, e , and lutein ?
any stem cell stuff going on yet ?
any ideas please ?

Shoot your doctor.
Only 2% of vitreous detachments lead to retinal detachments, the others, and the uneven fluid vitreous that is almost inevitable with age, lead to nothing more than floaters of varying degree.
Fresh flashes and floaters need checking to pick up that 2% as early as possible, but that's it.
Otherwise no treatment is performed, because no treatment is necessary.
A vitrectomy *is* possible for extreme cases, or for problems such as unresolved vitreous haemorrhages, but the procedure itself carries a degree of risk of creating floaters or a retinal detachment, so it is not routinely employed.
Don't waste money on additives etc. beyond that which is recommended for a healthy diet, (or to top-up a diet for people who hate dark green vegetables!)
Unless your doctor has access to a remarkable source of information that I've missed, I stand by the above.
I will look forward to my fellow eye-experts here responding to this question.
