Why are my eyes so dry all the time?!
Question: i had that problem and doctor said it could be central heating or straining them in front of pc or tv etc . he gave me a tube of gel type stuff called visco tears liquid gel and since i used that my eyes have been fine maybe you could try some. coz it gets worse after a while if you just leave it . sorry i wasnt very technical to your question but hope it helps a little bit .

Do you mean your actual eye balls or the skin around your eyes like on the eye lids and stuff. Cause my skin there is always dry, my doc just says some peoples skin are like that. he gave me a cream for it lol.
if its your actual eyes...do you wear contact lenses? i hear that dries eyes out bad.
it could be due to blocked meibomian glands. this can be solved by massaging your lid with warm towel for five minutes every day. but u really wouldn't know unless you consult an optometrist. some people just naturally have it. try lubricating drops if you are so irritated by it.
