One of my eyes is sensitive to light, the other to dark. Anything I can do?!

Question: For as long as I can remember, my left eye shuts whenever I go outside in the sun. However, when I get back inside, My right eye is nearly blind in dark rooms, while my left can see very well. While this doesn't render me blind or anything, is there anything I can do to help this issue and balance out my eyes?

There's no one medical explanation for that, those are two unrelated things, i'm not sure what kind of disorder or whatnot would affect the perception of light in one eye differently than the other. You should get checked out by an eye dr. The cones in the eyes are the structure that is less sensitive to light, this leads to better functioning in high light environments. The rods are used in the dark because of an extra sensitivity to light, so this would mean you have over sensitive photoreceptor cells in one eye and under sensitive p cells in the other eye. Have a multivitamin, like centrum everyday to be safe, and see a vision dr if you haven't recently.

Chicks dig eyepatches.

Might have a lazy eye

Buy a cheap pair of sunglasses. Break the right lens on purpose. Clean up the broken glass and put on the glasses. That way, you have a sunglass lens in front of the left eye and none in front of the right eye. This should solve your problem.
