How to treat turned eye if the strabismus alternates in the two eyes???and both !

Question: surgery or what????

Answers: surgery or what????

With care. And it would depend on the findings of an individual examination.

With true alternating stabismus, surgery to improve the appearance would be possible but re-establishing binocular vision would be very unlikely (and so the angle of strabismus could vary again, over time (years)).
There would be a small but only very small risk of introducing persistent double vision.
(if the turn angle is already quite small, there could be some HARC: harmonious abnormal retinal correspondence. If present, disturbing it with a new, straighter, alignment could cause problems.)

Sorry, more information really depends on someone being able to examine and assess *your* eyes. There's no one answer for everyone on this. Report It
