Something is obviously irritating your eyes. Let's hope it's only temporary.
Prepare a bowl of warm to hot water with two clean cloths in it. Lie down & lay one cloth over both eyes. When the cloth cools, return it to the bowl & squeeze the other cloth out. Use that one until it cools. Repeat for 20-30 minutes. If you still don't feel relief, make a cold bath with water, ice cubes , & 2 clean cloths. Do this one for only 10 minutes. Pat your eyes dry after each treatment.
If this fails, see a doctor, You might have some foreign particles in your eyes that only a doctor can see & remove.
Stay away from the glue
I don't know why. You should rinse them if you have not already. I hope you feel better.
My eyes are the same way and I don't wear contacts (I think that is what you were referring to). I think mine are this way from allergies. Allergy eyedrops will probably help, but I don't feel like putting any in right now. Other than that, just closing them - can you take a nap?
Feel better!
mabye u have an allergie to something
When you say you wore them, I'm assuming you mean your contacts? I know when I wear my contacts for extended periods of time, my eyes start to sting and I get really bad headaches. If you can, try to take it easy with your eyes - maybe leave your contacts out for the rest of the day and see how things are when you wake up in the morning. I know your eyes are watering, but I'd still try to use re-wetting eye drops so they don't dry out. That will probably soothe them and reduce the stinging.
I expect it is because you have left them in too long. Your eyes need a break and time with unrestricted oxygen. You should take them out and put your glasses on and then wear them for a normal amount of time each day.
My sister overwore her lenses and ended up with eyes that couldn't tolerate them. She had to change to soft lenses restricted to 8 hours a day on opptician advice because the durface if her eye was affected.
ewww, you shouldn't wear contacts. you should get glasses....
&&& yu should get some eyedrops.
