Why does it say that make up should be applied after wearing soft contact lenses!
Question: Coz I wear alot of eye make up and it doesn't make sense to wear the lenses first and then apply an eye pencil to the lower lid as it will smear the kohl on the lenses. Why is that suggested?

I am a makeup artist and most of my clients wear contacts. The best thing to do is put it on after, that way you can get things the way you want it, and u can see what you are really doing.
ALSO...
Put soft contact in the eyes before putting on makeup. Put RGP or rigid lenses on after make up is applied.
