Question: Where you contacts while in the shower?
How about when swimming?
I swim laps, but I can't see without my glasses and I don't think they make perscription goggles.

There are excellent swim goggles by Tabata , that your eyecare provider can probably get for you.
They come in ready made form with Rx from - 2.00 up to - 7.00, in 0.50 steps, and each eye can be different if need be.
If you have astigmatism, it doesn't matter, that doesn't have to be corrected under water.
I do wear them in the shower...I don't wear them while swimming...they could fall out if you open your eyes under water on accident. I do believe they make prescription swim goggles...I would ask your eye doctor...and if your particular doctor doesn't then ask others. Good Luck!
I do wear them while in the shower but I would never them on the pool due to high amount of clorine. But good news they do make goggles with prescription and I own one and its I use it all the time. I know how I feel because Im cant see much without my glasses either so swimming was always bad but talk to your doctor and search only for goggles with prescription even on ebay they might have..
I will wear them in the shower if I already have them in.
I've been swimming with them, but in the ocean. I either just a mask/goggles, or just dealt with it.
I do wear mine in the shower. Also, I have worn them in the pool, but if you dive in your contacts may move up...not a big problem just set it.
I have found if I swim with contact my eyes dry out faster and burn a little bit from the chlorine.
