Help I can't get my contacts in?!

1. Hold the lens on the tip of your index finger.
2. With the middle finger of that same hand, pull the skin under your eye down.
3. With the middle finger of your other hand, pull your eyelid up.
4. Gently place the lens onto the center of your eye. It will align by itself.
To remove:
1. Put both middle fingers by your eye as before.
2. With your index finger, move the lens to the corner of your eye.
3. Using the index and middle fingers of that same hand, pinch the lense, then take it out.
whats the problem with putting them in? Stare at a spot on the mirror and put the contact in. the contact has to touch the iris of the eye.
you mainly need to practice.
it helps if you just open your eyes wide, and put a lot of solution in the contact, so its easier to pop in.
if its dry, its much harder, and painful to get in.
try going in front of a very close mirror.

Have you had problems putting in contacts in the past? If you haven't... they might not fit your eye properly or they may be inside out.
I do exactly what Bryan says, but just make sure ur finger is dry. so that it'll stick on ur iris instead of ur finger.
