Where to get contacts?!
Question: Does it matter where you go for an appointment to get contacts? The one i normally go to is booked for along time. Will it matter if I go do a smaller eye center or even walmart to get my eyes measured or whatever they have to do.

It doesn't matter at all -- all the doctors think, talk, and even look exactly alike. You would be treated exactly the same at the sleaziest chain optical as at the fanciest optometrist in town.
Obviously, it does matter. You would rather go to the finest doctor in town, with the nicest, cheapest office, so do some research. Ask your neighbor where they go. Ask your teacher.
I went to walmart and it was fine, I think i was actually treated better there than at other places :) So go for it, sometimes u can even walk in!
