Go to an Ophthalmologist not an Optometrist. You may have some inflammation in the front of your eye and need anti inflammatory drops. If Conjunctivitis has not improved with antibiotic drops and you have not been seen by a doctor it would be wise to schedule an appointment. Over the counter tears will not cure or help your situation if symptoms have persisted this long. If you see floaters or notice a decrease in your vision it could be a sign of active inflammation. Only a Ophthalmologist can correctly treat this.
Go to the doctor it sounds bad.
Don't scratch your *** then rub your eyes afterwards.

You should use it as a fashion statement. Pink is a nice color.

Put a warm compress on your eye before you put the medication in. Make sure you follow all the directions and use it all. If it's only in one eye, don't sleep on your side with the infected eye on top, the gunk can drip down in to the healthy eye and infect it.

put a hot towel on ur eye, it has to be rele rele hot, place it on and keep on putting hot towel on ur eye, for an hour
There are some possibilities. One is that you have an allergy - very common this time of the year. Try some over the counter meds such as eyedrops or anything with antihistamine. Many conditions are placed under the "pink eye" name and not all are contagious.
Maybe it's not pink eye. . . It could be a sty, if so you need a different medication. . . Check out this website & look up pink eye & check the symptoms, if they don't match type in your symptoms in the search box & it will probably give you a good answer of what you have. . . .

I'm taking it since you were on meds you've been to see the doctor. If not please do... If the meds you've taken haven't gotten rid of it, have they been prescribed by a doctor? If not that's what you'll need, a prescription. You may need a sample of the infection to send out and be checked, it might not be pink eye, could be something else.
it may not be "pink eye" - it could be an episcleritis or pinqueculitis- which would definately need to be checked by an optometrist - you didn't mention your symptoms. itchy? tearing? light sensitive? mucus? burning? pain upon movement? are you a contact lens wearer? what drops have you been on, are they all antibiotic?- there may not be a bacterial problem, you may need a steroid for the inflammation - there are a lot of different types of "pink eye" . schedule an appt with your eye doc - s/he can help, that's what they're there for.
i told u stop using the same eye-liner that u did when u had pink eye buy a new one!
