Let a stream of water flow into your eye for a while, like 30 minutes. The alkali in the soap can stay in the eye for a while.

The easiest way to do this is a bottle of contact lens solution. Water would be better, but a squeeze bottle of saline or multi-purpose solution works well.

You could also just go to the doctor or emergency room.

May only be a transient chemical burn. But, examine eye closely in mirror for possible signs of a piece of the projectile or grit floating around. I feel for you, truly -- that really smarts!
