i was like wtf

but anywayz what should i do cause going to the doctors did not help and visine doesnt help

If you have not resolved with visine A that probably means you have been misdiagnosed. I would recommend going to see a doctor who has experience diagnosing and treating eye diseases. Hope things go better.
