Eye vision improvemnt?!
Question: Im 12 with eye vision of about 800. Can anyone tell me what i can do to make my eye better?
i have a friend who said he does eye exercises and when he went to the doctor his vision actually decreased!!!!

my roomate has some book with exercises that improve your vision and he said that his vision improved a lot while he was doing them but then he stopped and became bad again. I don't know the name of the book but you can google it I am sure there are plenty of them. :)
Where did you come up with "800"? That means nothing. If you are having problems seeing tell your parents about it so you can have an exam. If your wearing glasses already then that's all you can do to improve your vision. (or contacts and corrective eye surgery, which no one will do until your much older anyway.)
