Do we have another layer in our eyes?!
Question: Well I was watching TLC and they was doing the 10 years younger thing. and the lady had wore glasses all her life and they took her to the hospital or whatever and go her another layer of the pupil or something out of the eye... and she doesnt need to wear glasses anymore.. and its clear/..

There are many components to the eye,but basically you have your cornea, which has 5 layers in itself. Behind the pupil is the lens in the eye, which brings the light to a focus on the retina in the back of the eye. She either is old and had a cataract removed (replace the lens in the eye) or had corrective surgery which usually reshapes the cornea.
yes we do have another layer in our eye if they meant inside the eyeball. that layer includes the retina and the cornea,etc.
