What sort of contact lenses should i get?!
Question: Im 16..I usually only wear them between 6:30 AM to go to school and i take them out 2:00 PM. I take them out after school because when i do, it feels good when air hits my eyes..feels refreshing..Anyway - my optomotrist recommended me to O2 Optix..Some of the contacts are unreliable. For example..When it comes to having a new pair on..i tear off the seal and pick up the contact and theres a tear in it or theres one of those tiny scratches that irritates the crap out of my eye and it makes me blink continuiously so i have to take it out. Or i find a good pair and comes to about the 10th wear day and it feels that irritation again and its hard to put in my eye.. So..What should i get? Im asking brand and the life of the contact. Since i only wear my contacts for 5 1/2 hours..should the life of the contact be longer instead of 2 weeks? I want something that is reliable and is sensitive so it doesnt irritate my eyes...I also dont want to pay 35$ a box..Walmart has J&J for 17$ a box

I wear Acuvue contacts too. (Oasys).You mentioned a lot of irritation after the tenth wear day. It might be protein build up. Try a different solution. I use clean care for storing my contacts and then rinse them with a multi purpose(Opti-Free) solution before putting in my eye. The clean care seems to clean my contacts really well. I wear my contacts about 8 hours a day several times a week and I can usually get by about 3-4 weeks with the same pair. I wouldn't try to wear acuvue's any longer than that since they're so thin.
no there isn't such things.. but ACUVUE is the best contacts ever!!!!!!!!!! u should just order them ahead instead of not having any contacts at all and u can't see!!! so go go gooooo order!
Use the soflens 38 or comfort. it is good enough for u.
