I have the same paining.But its better when I'm out of bright lights.Just go to a dark area and you'll be better.

There are a number of reasons why you get aching. It depends on where the ache is, what time of day do you get it, do you get it after doing anything in particular? Do they ache when you wake up? Is there any discharge from your eyes? The best advice is go and see your GP and he can asses what the likely cause is. Aching eyes is a bit vague I am afraid!
It sounds like you have Glaucoma. I would go see an eye doctor and ask to be tested for Glaucoma.
