I had the surgery last year. I am thrilled with the results! I had to have glasses to find my glasses I was so blind. lol Now I have 20/10 and 20/15 vision!
I had to wear goggles to bed for the first few weeks so as to not damage my eyes by rubbing them in my sleep. It was not too bad. Trying to remember to use the eye-drops on a regular basis was the hardest part and only had to do that for a week.
As for the surgery, it took about 15 minutes and it was over. I didn't feel anything other than the eye-drops and when the big scope thingy came down and touched my face.
I sat up and I could SEE. It was wonderful, like magic almost. I had worn glasses since I was 5.
I do recommend checking out whatever clinic you will go to with the state and find the one with the most qualified people and the highest customer satisfaction score. Good luck, you will love the results!!!

My husband had it done about 11 years ago and he is happy with the results. He has had no problem. I am going to be saving up to my eyes done too.

Go for it, you will be much happier, I think the best one to have done is the more expensive one, where they use what is called I think Wavelenght which actually makes a map of your eyes. Its better then just the basic lazer surgery.

i havent had this done, but honestly my opinion,i would wan it so you wouldnt have to spend so much money on contacts and solution or glasses ever year, but also,i wouldnt want it done because the doctor could mess up,the surgery could go wrong,or you couls lose your eyesight, but its totally up to you, just stating my opinions on it =]
sorry if i didnt help any =]

I haven't but am considering it so I appreciate that you asked the question. Sorry I can't answer it but you got a star from me.

I had it.. The surgery was a bit weird, lots of pressure on the eye and it was a creepy sensation since you have to be conscious for it..
I wore sunglasses for like a week, but, after that my eyes were back to normal.. My night vision was a bit funny for probably three months after, but I would consider it totally worth it..
Just follow the aftercare instructions exactly and you shouldn't really have any pain.. I went to disney the next day..lol
