You can get them at pretty well any optical store.
In Canada you don't need a prescription form a Dr. for them like in the US , but you will still have to have a professional fitting done by the optician , to determine the right fit.
There are a few different brands, so you may have to try on a few to get the effect you want.
The price depends on what kind of lenses you end up wanting...and what that specific place charges.
Well this may sound odd but in most walmart's there are eye doctors if you go and ask them they may be able to get you some or tell you where you can find them..or you could just go to your regular eye doctor..hope this helps... :)
you'll have to go to an eye doctor. even if you don't need a prescription, you'll probably need to find contacts that work well in your eyes.
