The Replenish will definitely provide more moisture, so if you experience dryness with your contacts, I'd definitely go for the Replenish.

The Clear Care needs to be used it combination with another solution if you use it...you'd need to rinse the contacts with the Replenish or whatever brand before putting them on. The Clear Care would more than likely sting or burn if you didn't rinse the contacts with something else before putting them on.

Clear care is the kind w? the special case right? Well if so, they get ur contacts cleaner, but NEVER put it directly on ur eye, or it will burn ur eye, so you use both, the opti free to rinse them off in the morning.
