Enhancing and maintaining your eyesight?!
Question: i recently got my eyes checked again, and my eye sight only seems to get worst.
is there a way to enhance or even just maintain your eyesight??

Nothing concrete.
But if you are near sighted (myopic) then reducing near strain has been thought to help. This may mean using a computer or reading without glasses (if you can), making sure you have good lighting, and having a longer working distance with your specs on (ie sit as far from the screen, hold a book as far away as you can).
